Booking the large room for Regular Events

Classes, Courses, Groups and regular Events

Classes: are for a recurring booking at a set time every week on an ongoing basis. Your clients may drop in and out on a casual basis and pay per session or in batches. (Eg, Yoga Classes)

Groups: are like classes, but may be less structured, like a drop in session once a week for a particular group. (Eg, Men’s Group, Community Massage)

Courses: are where you have a recurring booking for a set period with a starting and ending date published in advance and for which your clients are booking as a whole. (Eg, 6 Week Pre-natal yoga course)

Regular Events: are like courses in that they have a start and end date, but the client does not need to book for the whole series. (Eg, Erotic Meditation Nights – once / month)

 

Weekly rental for ongoing Classes

To rent the large space on an ongoing weekly we require a minimum commitment of 6 weeks. If you decide to no longer teach the class, you must give 2 weeks paid notice to allow for changes to website, and to contact students.

  • $30 for up to 2 hours per week
  • $45 for up to 3 hours per week

Weekly rental for Courses

  • $35 for up to 2 hours per week
  • $55 for up to 3 hours per week
  • $70 for up to 4 hours per week

Weekly rental for Groups and Regular Events

  • $60 for up to 2 hours per week
  • $90 for up to 3 hours per week
  • $120 for up to 4 hours per week

Making Bookings and Payments

  1. Booking a new time slot:
    • Check the class schedule calendar to make sure its available first
    • Select the first date and time you will hold the first class / course
    • Select the duration
    • Select the period in advance that you will be paying for
    • Proceed through the booking process
    • This will create a tentative booking in our system
  2. Your Booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us
  3. Your Booking is finalised once we have received your payment
