PRENATAL YOGA CLASSES
Welcome to Evening Prenatal Yoga Classes with Emma
Congratulations on your pregnancy ! This is such an exciting time as you adjust physically, mentally & emotionally during your pregnancy to prepare for the birth of your baby and eventually for motherhood. Pregnancy yoga is a perfect way to keep your body comfortable and hormones balanced as your body and baby grows, and to prepare you for the birth with specific birth positions, breathing tips, meditations and relaxation techniques. And in this process you are preparing for the Rite of Passage as you move from Maiden to Mother.
Monday Weekly Classes have now finished …
Thursday evening 5.30 – 6.45pm classes commence on April 25th
Each class will include:
- Meditation & Centering exercises
- Group Sharing
- Yoga postures to make pregnancy more comfortable and to prepare for birth.
- Birth breathing & other birth techniques
- A long Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation) at the end of every class
- Words of inspiration and wisdom sprinkled throughout the classes

About Emma: Emma has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, teaching pregnancy yoga for 16 years. She birthed both her children using yoga as a foundation of strength & calmness throughout the pregnancies, births and into motherhood. As well as these years of experience she also brings passion to support to you as pregnant women and your partners to have the best possible birth experience you can have.
