This yoga course is for mums with older babies (crawlers) and toddlers. Whether you have completed the mums and bubs yoga course, or not, you are welcome to join our group.
This is a fun way to do yoga with your older baby or toddler while mums energise, develop a stronger body & yoga practice. We continue to focus on stabilising the pelvis, strengthen pelvic floor and abdominals as well as learning short meditations, breathing techniques and yogic tools so mums can continue and benefit from their practice at home. Toddlers are included throughout the class with song and yoga poses.
Suitable from around 8-9 month crawlers to 4 years. Please arrive with a well fed child plus you can bring a some food suitable for most children (sugar & gluten free and carpet friendly) to share at end of class. Mums are gifted with tea & healthy treat at the end of the class. Taught by Emma Grant as a 5 week Course.
Next 5 Week Course starts on 11th October 2017. Class runs from 9.30am to 10.45am.
